How does the 15% commission system work?
You get 15% commission on the total amount excluding VAT from each order generated via your affiliate link. For example, if a customer buys for CHF 100, you earn CHF 15. There is no no commission limit : the more sales you generate, the more you earn. Delivery costs are not included in the commission calculation.
When and how do I get paid?
Payments are made monthly, On the 15th of the following month, as soon as you reach the minimum threshold of CHF 50 accumulated commission.
Payment methods available:
- SEPA bank transfer (registered): free, 2-3 working days
- TWINT Instant, for Swiss affiliates only
- PayPal within 24 hours, 2% at your expense
If you do not reach the CHF 50 threshold, your commissions are carried forward to the following month until this amount is reached.
What is the 30-day cookie?
When a visitor clicks on your affiliation link, a cookie (tracking file) is stored in your browser for a period of 30 days.
This means that even if the visitor does not buy immediately, you will still receive your commission if they return to the site and make a purchase within 30 days of their first click.
Example: A user clicks on your link on 1 January but doesn't buy until 25 January → you earn your commission. If they buy on 5 February (more than 30 days later), you don't get the commission.
How do I access my affiliate space?

Are there any minimum sales conditions?
No, there's no obligation! Unlike some affiliation programmes that impose a sales quota, Noly Shop does not no minimum. You can generate 1 sale a month or 100, it's up to you.
The only existing threshold is the minimum payment of CHF 50, which is not an obligation to sell but simply the amount from which we make the transfer (to avoid disproportionate bank charges).
